Eco Stay Policy

1. **Damage** 
Guests cover repair costs. Charges may be applied to their card or billed later. We’ll first try internal repairs.

2. **Removed Items** 
Guests pay full replacement cost for removed items, including shipping and installation.

3. **Behavior** 
Respectful behavior is required. Misconduct may lead to police involvement or eviction.

4. **Lost Property** 
Returned if identified within 3 months; otherwise, discarded.

5. **Payment** 
Bookings need hotel approval (3 days). Confirm with travel agents as needed.

6. **Refunds** 
Processed in 15-20 business days. Offline payments take 1-3 bank days.

7. **Check-In/Out** 
Check-in: 12:30 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may cost extra.
