Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellation only if intimation reaches the Company in writing 30 days prior to the check in date.

 

For early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and charged as per the duration of stay.

 

25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to check in.

 

Full retention for cancellation within 07 days of check in.

 

In the case of No Show / Late Check in / Early check out there will be NO REFUND.

 

Any cancellation for the confirmed booking will have processing fees irrespective of the date of cancellation. Please note, the refund process may take 15 -20 working days.

 

Kanive Eco Stay  reserve the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
